Referral program terms
Referral credits are designed to help real production users try Nodespell with enough room to run meaningful workflows.
These terms summarize how Nodespell referral credits work. The program is for inviting real collaborators, production operators, artists, editors, producers, studio leads, and teams who can evaluate Nodespell on actual work.
Eligibility
Free and paid users can participate when their account is in good standing.
- A referred user must be new to Nodespell and sign up through a referral link or enter a valid referral code before account creation is complete.
- The referred user receives 1,000 bonus credits after email verification, stacked with the normal 500 signup trial credits.
- The referrer earns 1,000 free-referral credits only after the referred user verifies email and completes a first successful credit-consuming AI task.
- Manual referral-code entry overrides a previously clicked referral link if it happens before signup is complete.
- Referral rewards are intended for genuine new users trying Nodespell on real work.
Paid Rewards
Rewards follow successful subscription payments, not signup intent.
- Paid referral rewards apply to eligible paid subscriptions.
- For each of the first four successful paid subscription months, the referrer earns 25% of the referred customer's actual monthly included credits.
- The full paid referral reward is equivalent to one paid month of included credits, vested over four months.
- Annual subscriptions still vest referral rewards monthly instead of upfront.
- Upgrades and downgrades use the actual paid plan for each eligible reward month.
Credit Expiry
Referral credits use a fixed promotional expiry window.
Referral credits expire after 30 days on all standard self-serve plans.
Referral credits are promotional credits. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed outside Nodespell.
