Nodespell Cookie and Tracking Notice

Effective date: 3 August 2026

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. About this notice

This notice explains how Niutron Creative Limited uses cookies, browser storage, analytics SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies on Nodespell websites and applications.

It should be read with the Nodespell Privacy Notice, which also explains required service records and server-side product Usage Data that are not controlled by the cookie banner.

Questions may be sent to info@nodespell.com.

2. Your choices

We use strictly necessary technologies to keep Nodespell working, protect accounts, remember requested features, and maintain checkout or session continuity.

With your permission, we also use:

  • Analytics technologies to understand how Nodespell is used, diagnose friction, improve workflows, create aggregated heatmaps, and, where enabled, provide privacy-masked Session Replay; and
  • Marketing technologies to measure campaigns, referrals, acquisition, and conversions.

Where consent is required, optional technologies remain off until you make an affirmative choice. You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies, make category choices, or change your choice later through Cookie settings in the footer or account menu.

Rejecting optional browser technologies does not prevent ordinary use of Nodespell. It does not stop strictly necessary storage, required service records, or narrow server-side Usage Data processed as described in the Privacy Notice.

3. Consent management

Nodespell remembers your browser choice for up to 12 months unless you change it, withdraw it, clear it, or we ask you to choose again because our use of optional technologies has materially changed.

Analytics consent controls product analytics, heatmaps, and Session Replay. Marketing consent controls campaign, referral, acquisition, and conversion measurement.

4. Analytics and marketing services

Depending on the configuration active when you use Nodespell, the optional services below may be used after the corresponding consent:

ServiceCategoryMain purposeRetention
PostHog Cloud EUAnalyticsBounded product events, persistent analytics identity after consent, aggregated heatmaps, and privacy-masked Session Replay where enabledEvent-level data up to 12 months; Replay up to 90 days
Google AnalyticsMarketingCampaign, acquisition, and conversion measurement where enabledThe configured period disclosed through Cookie settings before activation
First-party attribution storageMarketingRemember bounded campaign and referral information and connect a consented visit to signupUp to 12 months unless withdrawn or deleted sooner

Prompt text, source Inputs, generated Outputs, graph data, filenames, credentials, payment details, raw errors, and signed or full query URLs are excluded from ordinary browser analytics. Session Replay may show ordinary fixed interface labels and non-sensitive literal numeric node or model settings. Other form values, account-specific text, Content-bearing text, and sensitive surfaces are masked or blocked. Where the separately gated graph-canvas setting is enabled, Replay may also show graph layout, displayed node names, borders, connections, sockets, and state indicators. Content-bearing node bodies, visualizers, previews, waveforms, Prompts, Inputs, Outputs, and other media pixels are painted black in the browser before a frame is encoded. Unreviewed canvases and graph frames without valid masking geometry are skipped.

5. Required and functional technologies

Strictly necessary or user-requested technologies may support:

  • authentication, session security, and multi-factor authentication;
  • fraud prevention, abuse protection, and service reliability;
  • billing and checkout continuity;
  • interface, theme, layout, language, recent-item, and Workspace preferences;
  • local drafts, editor state, caches, and requested media processing; and
  • storing or communicating your cookie choice.

These technologies are not used for optional advertising merely because they are classified as necessary or functional.

6. Updates

We may update this notice when our product, providers, purposes, or legal requirements change. The date above will show the latest material revision. Where required, we will ask for a new choice before materially changed optional tracking starts.
